Распространенность данного патологического синдрома продолжает увеличиваться ежегодно, что подчеркивает важность разработки терапевтических стратегий для предупреждения неблагоприятных исходов. В статье приведен обзор современных данных о влиянии стимуляции блуждающего нерва на течение хронической сердечной недостаточности.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования: Обобщение имеющихся литературных данных о влиянии стимуляции блуждающего нерва на течение хронической сердечной недостаточности.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы: Проведен поиск актуальной информации по исследуемой теме за последние 20 лет в электронных базах данных PubMed, eLIBRARY, по ключевым словам: блуждающий нерв, сердечная недостаточность, стимуляция, фракция выброса. Поиск проводили по заголовкам, содержанию аннотаций, ключевым словам.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: В результате проведенного обзора было выявлено, что стимуляция блуждающего нерва оказывает благоприятные эффекты в отношении сердечной недостаточности и требует дальнейшего тщательного исследования данной методики.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background: Heart failure is the outcome of most cardiovascular diseases. Its prevalence continues to increase annually, which emphasizes the importance of developing therapeutic strategies to prevent adverse outcomes. This article reviews current data on the effect of vagus nerve stimulation on the course of chronic heart failure.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: To summarize available literature data on the effect of vagus nerve stimulation on the course of chronic heart failure.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: We searched PubMed and eLIBRARY for the relevant information over the last 20 years using the following keywords: vagus nerve, heart failure, stimulation, ejection fraction.
