Рассматриваются современные методы диагностики, хирургического подхода, а также возможные осложнения, возникающие в ходе лечения.</p><p>В статье освещены современные эндоскопические техники дренирования при острой и хронической обструкции мочевых путей, проводится сравнительный анализ различных методов лечения и их эффективности, в зависимости от выбранного доступа. Обзор включает актуальные исследования, посвященные распространенности обструктивной уропатии в популяции, описание клинических проявлений заболевания, а также анализ наиболее частых патологий, приводящих к супра- и/или инфравезикальной обструкции.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The objective of this article is to provide a comprehensive analysis of urinary tract obstruction—one of the most common emergency conditions.
