Проведен сравнительный анализ прямых расходов между стратегиями.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: Использование в качестве средств реабилитации абсорбирующих средств у пациентов с недержанием мочи после радикальной простатэктомии требует среднего финансирования в размере 293,3 тыс. рублей ежегодно на пациента, признанного инвалидом. Стратегия реабилитации путем имплантации искусственного мочевого сфинктера обходится в 486 215 тыс. рублей и в первый год приводит к увеличению затрат на 65%. Однако уже во второй год реализации программы реабилитации очевидным экономическим преимуществом уже обладает подход с имплантацией искусственного сфинктера уретры, а за 10 лет экономия бюджета на реабилитацию одного пациента трудоспособного возраста может составить 2,44 млн рублей без учета инфляционных ожиданий.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение: Внедрение программы реабилитации пациентов с недержанием мочи после радикальной простатэктомии путем установки уретрального сфинктера обладает не только значимым социальным эффектом, но и является экономически обоснованным.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: To compare cost-effectiveness of rehabilitation models for patients with urinary incontinence following radical prostatectomy.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: We evaluated direct costs of rehabilitation as part of the existing approach in patients with urinary incontinence following radical prostatectomy in the Yaroslavl Region and developed a rehabilitation strategy (artificial urethral sphincter placement). We conducted a comparative analysis of the direct costs of the strategies.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: The use of absorbent products for rehabilitation of patients with urinary incontinence following radical prostatectomy requires an average of 293300 (US $2650) per patient annually. The rehabilitation strategy with artificial urinary sphincter placement costs 486215 (US $4420) and results in a 65% increase in costs in the first year.
