В сфере герниологии активно ведутся научные исследования, нацеленные на совершенствование методов герниопластики и уменьшение числа периоперационных осложнений. На данный момент отсутствие единых стандартов доклинического тестирования имплантатов на лабораторных животных препятствует объективному сопоставлению полученных результатов и выбору оптимального подхода. </p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования: Разработать и обосновать модель грыжевого дефекта при пластиках грыж передней брюшной стенки. </p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы: Разработан алгоритм моделирования грыжи передней брюшной стенки для исследований в сфере герниологии. Эксперимент проводился на лабораторных крысах породы Вистар. После хирургического вмешательства выполнялось ультразвуковое сканирование передней брюшной стенки в сроки 30, 60 и 120 сут. Далее животных выводили из опыта, после чего механические испытания образцов производились на универсальном оборудовании РЭМ-0,2-1 производства ООО «Метротест» (Россия). Для статистической обработки полученных результатов использовались программы Excel (Microsoft Corporation, США) и Statistica 13 (Dell Software Company, США); применялся непараметрический критерий Манна-Уитни. Дополнительно проведены гистологические исследования биоптатов передней брюшной стенки исследуемых групп. </p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы: Предложенная модель грыжи передней брюшной стенки может служить основой для проведения доклинических исследований новых герниопротезов. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background: Ventral hernias remain a significant challenge in clinical practice worldwide. Scientific research in herniology focuses on improving the efficacy of hernioplasty and reducing perioperative complications. Currently, the absence of standardized protocol for preclinical studies on implantable materials in laboratory animals complicates the comparison of results and the selection of the optimal approach.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: To develop and validate a hernia defect model for anterior abdominal wall hernia repair.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: An algorithm for modeling anterior abdominal wall hernia for experiments in herniology is proposed. The model was developed using laboratory Wistar rats. After surgical procedure, ultrasound examinations of the anterior abdominal wall were performed on days 30, 60 and 120. Subsequently, the rats were euthanized, and mechanical testing was conducted using a universal testing machine РЭМ-0,2-1 (Metrotest, Russia). Statistical analysis was performed using Excel (Microsoft Corporation, USA) and Statistica 13 software (Dell Software Company, USA) with the application of the nonparametric Mann-Whitney test.
