Проводится детальный анализ распространённости рецидивов и выявляются основные причины их формирования, обусловленные различными методами лечения. Отдельно подчёркиваются существующие пробелы в профилактике рецидивов и предлагаются перспективные направления дальнейшей разработки эффективных мер коррекции. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article addresses the current issue of recurrent varicose veins in the lower extremities after endovenous interventions. An analysis of the recurrence rates and potential causes, depending on the treatment method used, is presented.
