Оценить безопасность и эффективность обогащенной тромбоцитами плазмы в комплексном лечении пациентов с длительно незаживающими язвами больших размеров.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Описание двух клинических случаев пациентов с длительно незаживающими язвами нижних конечностей, которым выполняли локальную инъекцию аутологичной обогащенной тромбоцитами плазмы (platelet rich plasma, PRP) в рану в сочетании с или без аутодермопластики.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В первом случае у пациента была трофическая язва после рожистого воспаления без динамики к заживлению на фоне проводимого стандартного лечения. Ему было противопоказано оперативное вмешательство ввиду тяжелой сопутствующей патологии. Больному проведено 6 курсов лечения раны PRP (1 раз в неделю). Краевая эпителизация появилась на 2-й неделе. Через 6 введений отмечено полное заживление раны. Во втором случае пациентка имела длительно незаживающую посттравматическую язву площадью 2%. Была выполнена аутодермопластика с локальным введением PRP. По результатам лечения отмечалось полное приживление трансплантата на 6-е сутки.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Использование PRP позволит улучшить результаты лечения длительно незаживающих язв нижних конечностей. Представляется крайне важным продолжить работу по применению PRP ввиду отсутствия осложнений и явных противопоказаний у данного метода для проведения всестороннего анализа.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. Estimation of safety and efficiency of platelet-rich plasma in complex treatment in patients with persistent large ulcers.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Two clinical cases of patients with long persistent ulcers of the lower extremities that were administered local injections of the autologic platelet-rich plasma in the wound area in combination with or without autodermoplasty.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In the first case the patient had a trophic ulcer after erysipelatous inflammation without dynamics to healing in the setting of the carried treatment. Surgery was contraindicated due to severe accompanying pathology. This patient had 6 PRP courses (once a week). The regional epithelialization appeared on the 2nd week. After 6 injections full wound healing was noted. In the second case the patient had a long persistent post-traumatic ulcer with 2% square. The autodermoplasty with local introduction of PRP was performed. We observed a full graft acceptance on the 6th day.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. PRP use will allow to improve outcomes of treatment persistent ulcers of the lower extremities.
