Цель. Улучшить результаты лечения больных с рубцовыми деформациями посредством разработки новых способов хирургического лечения с применением вакуумной терапии.

Материал и методы

Материал и методы. В  статье приведены клинические случаи применения вакуум-терапии при реконструктивном хирургическом лечении послеожоговых рубцовых деформаций шеи и лица. Пациентам выполнено иссечение рубцовых массивов, образующих рубцовые деформации, затем проведена полнослойная аутодермопластика с последующим наложением вакуумной повязки.

Результаты

Результаты. Приживление кожного аутотрансплантата состоялось за 5–7 дней, достигнут хороший клинический результат.

Заключение

Заключение. Вакуумная терапия создает оптимальные условия для быстрого приживления и адаптации полнослойного кожного аутотрансплантата.

Background

Background. Improvement of treatment results in patients with cicatrical deformations by means of new surgical techniques and vacuum dressings is the aim of this study.

Material and methods

Material and methods. We described clinical results after vacuum therapy application for reconstructive surgical treatment after facial and cervical cicatrical deformation caused by burns. Patients underwent dissection of cicatrical blocks, and then we performed layer-by-layer autodermoplasty with further vacuum dressing placement.

Results

Results. Engraftment of tissue autotransplant took 507 days and we observed reliable clinical result.

Conclusions

Conclusions. Vacuum therapy favours optimal conditions for rapid engraftment and adaptation layer-by-layer tissue autotransplants.
