Нами была выполнена имплантация саморасширяющегося стент-графта непосредственно в сосудистый протез в проекцию дефекта его стенки. Мы постарались предусмотреть возможные процедурные осложнения, и в этой связи обосновать свой выбор тактики лечения и подбор применявшегося инструментария. Учитывая отсутствие в доступных литературных источниках данных о методах и технике вмешательств при данной патологии, считаем, что наш опыт будет интересен и полезен специалистам, занимающимся лечением пациентов с сосудистыми заболеваниями.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This report presents a clinical case of endovascular treatment of a rare complication – a spurious aneurysm from a linear aorto-femoral shunt. We performed implantation of a self-expandable stent graft directly into the vascular prosthesis in the projection of the defect of its wall. We tried to foresee possible procedural complications, and in this regard to justify the choice of tactics of treatment and selection of the applied tools.
