Подобный метод лечения характеризуется большим терапевтическим окном, высокой эффективностью и стойкостью эффекта в сравнении с системной тромболитической терапией. В данной статье представлено клиническое наблюдение эндоваскулярной механической тромбоэмболэктомии с использованием стента-ретривера и последующей баллонной ангиопластики у пациента с острым ишемическим инсультом вследствие тромбоза в области стенотического поражения клиноидного отдела внутренней сонной артерии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>For the last several years while treating acute ischemic strokes methods of endovascular interventions are favorably applied. Similar treatment methods are characterized by large therapeutic window, high efficiency and effect persistence comparing to systemic thrombolytic therapy.
