Проведен ретроспективный анализ заболеваемости и смертности вследствие меланомы кожи в Краснодарском крае за 5 лет (2011–2015 гг.) в сравнении со среднероссийскими показателями. Проанализированы результаты нерандомизированных и рандомизированных исследований, в которых показана сравнительная эффективность различных лекарственных средств для лечения диссеминированной меланомы кожи. Обсуждается значимость ряда препаратов, применяемых в настоящее время для лечения больных как в монорежиме, так и в схемах комбинированной терапии.

We performed retrospective analysis for incidence and mortality rates in patients with skin melanoma in Krasnodar region for a 5-year period (2011–2015) and compared it to average Russian rates. All results of non-randomized and randomized series which demonstrated comparative effectiveness for various treatment agents were analyzed. We discussed significance of several agents indicated for patients in mono- and combined regimens.
