На сегодняшний день единственным официальным документом, включающим понятие «нейропатическая боль», является Международная классификация головных болей (ICHD-3), в которой этот вид боли связан с черепно-мозговой травмой и невралгией. До сих пор общепринятые терминология и классификация хронической нейропатической боли отсутствовали.</p><p>Цель В обзоре представлены современная терминология и классификации хронической нейропатической боли. Подробно описано содержание терминов, входящих в понятие хроническая периферическая и хроническая центральная нейропатическая боль. Кроме того, приведены дополнительные характеристики хронической нейропатической боли, включающие ее интенсивность, степень мучений и ограничения в повседневной жизни.</p><p>Результаты В статье описаны термины, входящие в понятие хронической периферической и центральной нейропатической боли, выделены подвиды боли, а также даны их дополнительные характеристики.</p><p>Заключение Таким образом, классификация хронической нейропатической боли представляет собой исчерпывающий перечень наиболее распространенных нейропатических болевых синдромов. Включение этой классификации в клиническую практику будет способствовать привлечению внимания организаторов здравоохранения к проблеме лечения хронической нейропатической боли, проведению эпидемиологических исследований и правильной формулировке диагноза, а, следовательно, назначению адекватных методов лечения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Background Chronic neuropathic pain is a common occurrence, its prevalence ranges from 7 to 10% of the total population. Currently, the only official document that includes neuropathic pain is the International Classification of Headaches Disorders (ICHD-3), in which this type of pain is associated with traumatic brain injury and neuralgia. Until now, there has been no generally accepted terminology and classification of chronic neuropathic pain.</p><p>Objective To provide the current terminology, classification and additional characteristics of neuropathic chronic pain.</p><p>Results The review of modern terminology and classification of neuropathic chronic pain describes the terms included in the concept of chronic peripheral and central neuropathic pain, identifies pain subtypes, as well as its additional characteristics such as the intensity of neuropathic pain, the severity of suffering and disability.</p><p>Conclusions Thus, the presented recent classification of chronic neuropathic pain is an exhaustive list of the most common neuropathic pain syndromes.
