Описаны отличительные особенности гемопоэтических стволовых клеток, клеток иммунной системы, мезенхимальных стволовых клеток. Проведен анализ результатов клинических исследований и разработок терапевтических подходов с помощью клеток пуповинной крови и пуповины в лечении различных заболеваний.</p><p>В настоящее время основными клиническими направлениями исследований пуповинной крови являются трансплантация ге­мопоэтических столовых клеток, клеточная иммунотерапия опухолевых заболеваний, лечение неврологических заболеваний и регенеративная медицина.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This review focuses on the biological aspects of the use of cord blood as a valuable source of cells. The distinctive features of hematopoietic stem cells, cells of the immune system, mesenchymal stem cells are described.
