Выполнено обследование 125 пациентов до трансплантации, через 6 мес. и через 1 год после операции. Проведена сравнительная оценка показателей ремоделирования сердечно-сосудистой системы.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. В обследованной популяции больных частота и выраженность гипертрофии миокарда левого желудочка в среднем имели тенденцию к снижению после трансплантации почки, что определялось достижением целевых уровней артериального давления, улучшением показателей клубочковой фильтрации.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Object of assessment is patients following kidney transplantation.</p><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. We defined the grade of myocardial remodeling in patients after transplantation during the 1-year period.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. We analyzed 125 patients prior to transplantation, in 6 months and in 1 year postoperatively. The comparative assessment of cardiovascular system remodeling indicators was carried out.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p> Conclusion.
