Он влияет на успех хирургического этапа, выбор дизайна внутрикостной части, его формы. Цель исследования: Установление биотипов костной ткани в области зубов верхней челюсти у мужчин зрелого возрастного периода.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы: Результаты конусно-лучевой компьютерной томографии 38 пациентов в возрасте от 20 до 53 лет. Проведена денситометрия костной ткани в области каждого зуба. Переведены полученные значения в биотипы костной ткани согласно C.E. Misch. Статистическими методами выявлены наиболее часто встречающиеся биотипы кости в области каждого зуба у мужчин.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение: Статистический анализ установил, что у мужчин зрелого возрастного периода в области жевательной группы зубов верхней челюсти более чем в половине случаев встречаются биотипы костной ткани D2 и D3, а в области фронтальной группы зубов верхней челюсти – D2 и D1.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение: Установлено, что биотипы костной ткани в области зубов верхних челюстей представлены в большинстве случаев D2 и D3, что может быть использовано как один из прогностических критериев при планировании хирургического этапа несъемного протезирования на имплантатах.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background: Bone density has prognostic significance in planning the surgical phase with implant-supported fixed prostheses and affects the surgical success and choice of implant design and shape.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: To determine bone biotypes in a region of maxillary teeth in adult men.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: We studied cone beam computed tomography findings of 38 patients aged 20 to 53 years and conducted bone densitometry in a region of each tooth. The obtained values were converted to bone biotypes according to Misch bone density classification. We used statistical methods to identify the most common bone biotypes in each tooth region in men.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion: Based on the statistical analysis results, in more than half of the adult men D2 and D3 bones were observed in the region of maxillary premolars and molars, while D2 and D1 were found in the region of maxillary incisors and canines.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions: We found that D2 and D3 are the most common bone biotypes in the region of maxillary teeth.
