Описаны факторы риска развития несостоятельности толстокишечных анастомозов, а также подходы к ее диагностике. Особое внимание уделено неинвазивной лабораторной ранней диагностике несостоятельности анастомоза с использованием специфических биохимических маркеров. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses the problem of colonic anastomotic leakage in patients who underwent resection for colorectal cancer. We describe risk factors for colonic anastomotic leakage and diagnostic approaches.
