Новые подходы в клеточной терапии при хирургической патологии

Аннотация
Мезенхимные стволовые клетки и выделенные из них внеклеточные везикулы представляют особый интерес в области регенеративной медицины. В данной статье сопоставлены различные подходы к применению мезенхимных стволовых клеток и внеклеточных везикул на различных экспериментальных моделях, особенно с позиции биораспределения. Местное введение клеточного продукта представляется более эффективным, в связи с этим поиск новых стратегий имплантации для топического применения мезенхимных стволовых клеток и внеклеточных везикул является актуальным вопросом. Гидрогели представляют собой уникальный биоматериал, который широко изучается в качестве систем доставки лекарственных веществ, различных биомолекул и клеток.
В данном литературном обзоре изучались доклинические работы по применению мезенхимных стволовых клеток и внеклеточных везикул в составе гидрогелей, доказана безопасность и целесообразность применения данной стратегии. Также рассматриваются и анализируются основные полимеры для приготовления гидрогелей.
