ОРТОСТАТИЧЕСКАЯ ГИПОТОНИЯ. ЧАСТЬ 1: ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЕ , КЛАССИФИКАЦИЯ, КЛИНИКА

Аннотация

Ортостатическая гипотония (ОГ) – это чрезмерное снижение артериального давления (АД) при принятии вертикального положения. Представляет собой проявление нарушения регуляции АД при различных состояниях и не является самостоятельным заболеванием. ОГ ассоциирована с повышенным риском общей смертности, заболеваемости инфарктом миокарда и мозговым инсультом, падений и обмороков. В данной статье представлены определение, классификация, распространенность и клиника ОГ.
