Периоперационная оценка кардиологического риска при некардиохирургических оперативных вмешательствах

Аннотация
В послеоперационном периоде первое место по заболеваемости и смертности занимают кардиологические осложнения, которые зависят от таких факторов, как отягощенный сердечно-сосудистый анамнез и тип хирургического вмешательства, особенности и виды анестезии, водный баланс и послеоперационное наблюдение за пациентом. Для их предупреждения необходимо ответить на два вопроса: есть ли риск сердечно-сосудистых осложнений в периоперационном периоде и как их избежать. В статье представлен обзор литературных данных о современных взглядах на периоперационную оценку кардиологических рисков у пациентов после некардиохирургических операций.
