Реконструктивно-восстановительные вмешательства на толстой кишке после операции Гартмана: проблемы и пути решения

Аннотация

Наличие стомы после операции Гартмана ограничивает трудоспособность пациента и ухудшает качество жизни, так как частично изолирует его от общества. Сложность реконструктивно-восстановительных операций связана с выраженным рубцово-спаечным процессом и наличием низко расположенной культи прямой кишки. На сегодняшний день предложено множество различных приспособлений, технических средств, операционных приемов и техник для выполнения реконструктивно-восстановительных операций на толстой кишке. Однако способы доступа к короткой культе, позволяющие улучшить визуализацию на всех этапах операции, в научных публикациях практически не освещены.
