Анестезия при артроскопических операциях на нижних конечностях у пожилых пациентов

Аннотация

Значительный рост артрозов и артритов обусловил востребованность не только консервативного, но и других методов хирургического лечения, среди которых на первый план по распространенности и эффективности выступают артроскопические вмешательства. Малоинвазивность, меньшая по сравнению с традиционными хирургическими методами лечения травматичность, возможность осуществить лечение по принципу «хирургия одного дня» предопределяют их все большую востребованность.

В статье представлен обзор литературных данных об особенностях анестезиологического пособия у пациентов пожилого возраста, подвергшихся артроскопическим вмешательствам на нижних конечностях.
