ПЕРВЫЙ ОПЫТ УСТРАНЕНИЯ ДЛИТЕЛЬНО ПЕРСИСТИРУЮЩЕЙ ФОРМЫ ФИБРИЛЛЯЦИИ ПРЕДСЕРДИЙ С ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ ТОРАКОСКОПИЧЕСКОЙ РАДИОЧАСТОТНОЙ АБЛАЦИИ
Аннотация
В статье представлен клинический случай, демонстрирующий первый опыт применения торакоскопической радиочастотной аблации с использованием вакуумной технологии Estech Cobra Fusion у пациента 46 лет с длительно персистирующей формой фибрилляции предсердий. Обсуждены актуальные вопросы, методики проведения и показана эффективность торакоскопических технологий в лечении фибрилляции предсердий на работающем сердце.
