ИМПЛАНТИРУЕМЫЕ КАРДИОВЕРТЕРЫ-ДЕФИБРИЛЛЯТОРЫ – ОСНОВНОЙ МЕТОД ПРОФИЛАКТИКИ ВНЕЗАПНОЙ СЕРДЕЧНОЙ СМЕРТИ
Аннотация
Обзорная статья посвящена методу профилактики внезапной сердечной смерти с помощью имплантируемых кардиовертеров-дефибрилляторов. В работе приведены определение, эпидемиология, механизм и нозологические причины ВСС. Далее следует исторический обзор развития дефибрилляции, кардиоверсии, создания и совершенствования имплантируемых антиаритмических устройств. В работе проведен анализ основных клинических исследований по изучению эффективности ИКД в первичной и вторичной профилактике ВСС. Показаны основные преимущества данных устройств у пациентов с высоким риском развития ВСС.
